Silico Plast Polymerised Drymix spray plaster is polymerised, modified, ready-to-use spray plaster designed to provide a smooth finish on internal and external surfaces with a stronger bond to the base substrates. The special formulations of spray plaster enable spray application through a machine, resulting subsequently lower application costs. It speeds up construction, saves time, minimises wastage, and requires less labour. Silico Plast meets the requirements of the green pro ecolabel and qualifies as a green product.
Silico Plast Polymerised Drymix spray plaster is a high-performance, ready-to-use plaster designed for both internal and external surfaces. Factory-blended for consistency, it requires only the addition of water on-site, making it user-friendly and efficient.
Formulated with OPC 53-grade cement, pozzolanic materials, and graded river sand, this plaster is ideal for machine spray application, reducing plastering time, labour needs, and material wastage. It achieves a flexural strength of 6-7 Mpa and excellent bond strength, ensuring a crack-free finish.
The plaster provides 20-22 sq. Ft. Coverage per 40 kg bag (10 mm thickness) and can be applied in 10-12 mm thickness for internal walls and 20-25 mm in two layers for external walls. Curing begins after 16-18 hours with misting for 6-7 days.
