It offers a shelf life of 3 months when stored in cool, dry conditions in unopened packaging. The product is backed by dedicated on-site technical support and in-house transport for timely delivery, ensuring peace of mind from start to finish.

Method of Application

Check Floor for any Cracks, Remove any Weaker and Loose Layers as well as Dirt, Grease, Oil, Paint, Etc.
Clean the Surface with Water.
Spread Cement Slurry Evenly on the Floor Surface.
Take about 4 Litres of Portable Water for One Full Bag of 50 Kg SILICO Floor Screed.
Mix the Material by Hand Mixing Till a Homogeneous and Cohesive Mix is Achieved.
Mark the Required Thickness of Screed (30, 40, 50 Mm) with Thiyya and Spread the Screed Mortar Evenly with the help of Bottom Patti.
After Levelling the Screed, Tile Placing and Laying can be Slanted by Pouring Cement Slurry on the Screed Surface and Fixing the Tiles.
Use a Hand Screed and Tile Adhesive.
The Open Time of the Screed is up to 3.0 Hours.
