Tie Rod Grout is a specially designed, high-performance cementitious grout used for filling, sealing, and strengthening tie rod holes and shuttering gaps in RCC structures. Engineered with precision and blended with graded aggregates, polymers, and flow-enhancing additives, our Tie Rod Grout ensures high compressive strength, excellent bonding, and long-term structural durability.
This ready-to-use grout is ideal for construction projects where tie rods are used for formwork support. After removal of tie rods, the holes left behind can cause leakage, weak points, or structural defects. Tie Rod Grout is formulated to fill these cavities completely, providing a dense, watertight, shrinkage-controlled, and high-strength repair.

Clean the Tie Rod/Wall Tie Holes/Gap/Opening to be filled and remove Loose Unsound Concrete Particles, Dust, Oil, Paint, Grease, Waterproof Coating, etc., ensuring the Area is free from all Contamination that may Hinder Adhesion.
Saturate the Substrate with Water by Flushing Water inside the Holes to prevent absorption from the Mixed Material.
Prepare the Mix: Add 80% to 85% of the Predefined Amount of Water in a Mixing Vessel and gradually add SILICO Crete TRG Powder, continuously mixing with a slow-speed mixer for 2 minutes. Then, add the remaining 15%-20% Water and Mix for another 2-3 minutes until a Uniform, Workable Mix is Achieved.
Load the Cement Mortar Caulking/Grouting Gun with the prepared SILICO Crete TRG Mix and use a suitable Nozzle Compatible with the Tie Rod Opening.
Start filling the Tie Rod/Wall Tie Holes from One end by applying the required Pressure until the Mix Travels Smoothly, Filling the entire hole without excessive ooze-out from the other end.
Remove the Gun from the first end and finish both ends using a Flat Shape, ensuring both ends are level with the parent surface.
Repeat the process for all Tie Rod / Wall Tie Holes.
Use the SILICO Crete TRG Mix within the prescribed Pot Life to maintain Quality and Consistency.
